Specifications
The T400’s base has a 4”/100 mm thick, pressure resistant PU plate. The thermal insulation of the wall consists of at least 4”/100 mm, roof 8”/200 mm thickly inorganic damming wool. The insulation has a outward aluminum covered foil and GRP coat and/or GRP Roof protector. Beyond that is the GRP material of the interior container as well as the external lining as plastic insulation.
A comparison of the heat damming characteristics between a conventional Steel tank (fig.1) and the HAASE energy tank (fig. 2) shows a substantial advantage for the GRP construction of the T400 HAASE energy tank. With a loss of temperature of 0,8K in 24 hours is it clearly Superior to the steel tank. In very damp areas or external solutions an additional GRP layer is needed underneath the PU-foam plate, which will be closely laminated with the outer GRP casing. Thus the insulation is protected from penetration of humidity. The heat exchangers works with the instantaneous water heat principle. This means no long retention time for the system, particularly for drinking water this is hygienically the best heating solution. |
