Specifications

The stainless steel heat exchangers are selected by energy input & output and then wound onto so-called “heat exchanger columns”, which have a maximum outside diameter of 27”/68cm and are factory pre-installed.

The height of the heat exchanger column depends on the height of the respective energy tank. According to the performance requirements and the energy tank size several heat exchanger columns can be used.

The standard heat exchangers are:
  • Solar heat exchanger for heat storage
  • Heater and/or reheating heat exchanger to heat storage (heat sources: Oil and/or gas heating, solid fuel heating etc.) and heat emission for heating purposes
  • Water heat exchanger for the heating up of hot water and Drinking water
All heat exchangers, in each case with pre and return pipe, come through the cover and the insulation of the energy tank to outside lid and are ready for installation with the 1 ˝ inch industrial union screw connection. Special seals, which are liquid and vapor proof, will prevent unwanted heat discharge from the energy tank.

The heat exchangers works with the instantaneous water heat principle. This means no long retention time for the system, particularly for drinking water this is hygienically the best heating solution.

The interior container of the HAASE energy tank consists of temperature-steady and 100% non-corrosive GRP (glass-fiber reinforced plastic). The individual parts interior - coat and - covers are closely laminated at the place of set up.
